"Best Wedding Photographers"

I cannot say enough kind things about Gray Studios and Michaels team. It was very important to us to choose someone who would capture my husbands and I's personalities while still making for beautiful pictures, and they did just that. Michael was helpful, responsive and kind. He was flexible when we had a last minute location change and took our photos in multiple locations. He had everyone laughing as we took pictures which helped make for some very genuine ones.

Looking for a Long Island Wedding Photographer? Our newly renovated Floral Park, NY Studio, now in our 60th year, is a short LIRR ride from Manhattan and 1 mile from the Cross Island Parkway and Jericho Turnpike. It has been our home base for studio portraits as well as a state of the art reception area for client meetings. Our newly renovated studio allows for clients to be met in a comfortable space, here we can review your images, discuss album design content, framing and potential wall art. We also have a brand new production space with the newest equipment for editing, digital design and print fulfillment.

Michael Graziose, President

Michael Started His Career As A Photographic Assistant At An Early Age. He Studied Photography During His Junior And Senior Years Of High School And Then Went On To Study At The Prestigious Ohio Institute Of Photography In Dayton Ohio. Michael Came On Board The As A Gray Studios Staff Member After His Graduation. He Worked Under The Original Owner Patrick J. Graziose M. Photog, Craftsman. He Has The Honor Of Studying With Many Legendary Photographers Including Monte Zucker, Don Blair, And Dean Collins And Earned His Masters Degree In Photography From The Professional Photographers Of America In 1996, And Was One Of The Youngest Professionals To Receive This Milestone Degree. Michael Went On To Further His Education At Local, State And National Conferences. He Is A Past President Of The Professional Photographers Of Greater New York. In 2002 He Took Over The Family Business And Became The 2nd Generation Owner Of Gray Studios.

Bonnie Macchio, Head Of Design

Bonnie Entered The Field Of Photography And Design During Her Senior Year In High School. She Participated As Photographer For The Yearbook Committee In 2006, It Is Here That She Chose Her Lifetime Career. She Participated In A Photographic Course With Brooklyn Photographer Luis Mallo. Her Coursework Was Featured In A Gallery At The Brooklyn Museum Of Art. She Also Collaborated With Artist Marvin Gates In 2010 In Which He Used A Photograph She Took As An Invitation To His Street Art Exhibit Called “barbara” In Chelsea. Bonnie Graduated From Queensborough Community College In Summer Of 2010 With Her Associates Degree In Fine Arts And A Certificate In Photography. She Won Several Blue Ribbons In Photography Exhibitions. She Has Been A Team Member Of Gray Studios Since 2008 In Which She Has Cultivated And Refined Her Experience In Design And Photographic Excellence.

Ken Walsh, Studio Manager

Ken Has Studied For Many Years At Local Colleges And Taught Photography At The High School Level. His Work Was Exhibited At Hofstra University, Adelphi University And The Tilles Center. He Joined The Gray Studios Team In 2009 And Ken Is An Integral Part Of Gray Studios Adding His Own Personal Expertise In Both Photography And Management Of All Digital Content.

1) Wedding Photography

Our photographers creativity and social skills allows our subjects to feel uninhibited by our presence, this allows each and every moment to unfold with raw emotion, capturing love through our lenses. We love talking weddings! Through a series of pre wedding day meetings directly with the person who will be photographing your wedding we will go over all of the personal nuances that make your wedding day uniquely yours.

2) Engagement Portraits

Engagement photos are a great opportunity to work with us prior to your wedding day. It gives you a chance to break the ice and for us to get to know one another. You will build confidence with your photography team ahead of your wedding date, which will translate into a relaxed and fun experience on your wedding day. Our digital design team can design custom save the dates with the finest images from your engagement session. We also offer unique framing options to showcase your love for one another at your wedding. We enjoy going out of the studio to a location of your choice, we know the most breathtaking locations across Long Island and beyond. For couples that are short on time our studio location would yield great photographs as well.

3) Business Portraits

Are your ready for your close up? We provide modern corporate headshots of executives, Actors, Actresses and Modeling portfolios in our Floral Park Studio or on location. 4) Newborn/ Children/ Family Photography

Every parent wants to capture the personality that only he or she can envision of their child. We at Gray Studios, with 59 years of experience are most qualified to achieve that vision. Our portraits at either our studio or on location are classic or informal. The goal of Gray Studios is to achieve a relaxed and fun environment where your child from infancy to teen, over the span of their lifetime have many memories to look back upon. From charming smiles and laughter to the innocence of childhood our portraits can capture the unique personality of your child.

5) Communion Photography

The sacrament of First Holy Communion is to be celebrated. We would love to be part of your child’s faith journey, to bring out their true innocence in our portraits. We posses the needed little people skills to make every young subject feel comfortable in front of our cameras. Great care is taken to make sure dresses are perfect, and ties are in place. We have a full service dressing room available ensuring their attire stays neat and clean. Sessions may last up to one hour, great patience is required for outstanding results. Mommy’s and Daddy’s are always welcome by our side to add to the comfort and ease of your child. This is a great opportunity while everybody is dressed for an occasion, to also create a family portrait.
